Withdrawal information and model withdrawal form

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal period. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, that is, from the day you take out the paid FeedFoundry subscription. The free trial creates no payment obligation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bernhard Götzendorfer, Rittingergasse 15/11, 1210 Wien, Austria, email: office@gotzendorfer.at, phone: +43 660 4301954) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The reimbursement runs through our payment service Stripe.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract (§ 16 FAGG). We calculate it to the day from the price of the paid month.

The right of withdrawal expires once we have provided the service in full, if performance began only after you expressly requested it and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 18 (1) no. 1 FAGG).

Withdrawal ends the contract with retroactive effect. Independently of this, you can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the paid month, also after the withdrawal period.
